Thought I'd try something new and whip up some salt water taffy. I used a recipe and tutorial from the cupcake project.

My taffy turned out a little bit on the hard side. I'd recommend playing with the temp. She suggests cooking until 255, I think next time I'll pull it at 245 and see if that results in softer taffy. Overall pretty fun! I am excited to make the next batch.
